詠给明就仁坡切简介：
詠给明就仁坡切被美国科学家验证为快乐指数比常人高出700%的仁坡切。詠给明就仁坡切出生于1975年，来自尼泊尔，努回。父亲是近代宁玛巴成就者祖古·乌金仁波切。詠给明就仁坡切被认为是潜伏藏师明就多杰的转世。在年幼时，詠给明就仁坡切患有恐慌症。在14岁那年，詠给明就仁坡切进入传统三年三个月三天的闭关，并以禅修克服恐惧症。出关后，便担任学校的闭关导师，是学校内最年轻的导师。因指导的缘故，故又加入三年三月三天的闭关。之1998年，詠给明就仁坡切便开始了全球教学，至已踏入第十三个年头的全球教学。而在来临的2011年5月，詠给明就仁坡切将进入三年三月三天的闭关。因此，此次的开心禅既是闭关前最后一次到马来西亚教学。詠给明就仁坡切的讲学结合现代脑神经科学与禅修。

-How to be friend with form, sound use them as support for mind calm-abiding 如何用生活中的色、声等为安住的友伴
-How to be friend with emotion and thoughts through calm abiding meditation 如何与疯猴子的心（念头与情绪）和平安住
Joy of Living 2， 开心禅（二）:
-How to use awareness to develop loving-kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity如何用觉知开发内心的慈，悲，喜，捨心
