Metta是巴利文，中文為「慈」- 願眾生好的意思。

慈經是佛陀給予修禪比丘的無限愛心修習法，它能使人睡

眠愉悅、不做惡夢，也可以使人遠離一切的火災、毒害及

刀兵的傷害，還可以讓人容易專注、外貌清新。宛如母親

守護子女一般，慈經守護著你、我，在未知的成長路上。

大家好，在此宣布一下：
在这个来临的星期六和星期天（11月9日和11月10日）是我们大学的义工日，我们会去怡保般若岩会进行【大扫除】以让通明师父能在那里进行禅修课程。
我们会在星期六、星期天早上8.20集合，并一起到般若岩打扫。
打算两天都去帮忙打扫的，师父会提供住宿给我们。
到时师父们会安排各位的膳食。
由于师父那里人手不足，欢迎大家一起来出一份力，把般若岩打扫干净，以便禅修课程可以顺利进行。
任何疑问，可以在以下留言，并说自己能在星期几出席。
留意：出席的各位，我们是去打扫佛教道场，衣着不要太暴露（如：露大腿）就好，也敬请记得带水瓶和多件衣服以方便更换。谢谢大家。

大家好。 我们将在这星期五，11月8日， 9.00am - 3.00pm 有抄心经活动。大家可以一起了解和欣赏《心经》。希望大家都能来参与。 =） 九点早上是开幕典礼， 如果有课不能九点出席，也可以在 9.00am - 3.00pm 来参与， 抄好了就可离开。

如果大家想抄， 可是抄心经时间太长， 可以选则抄比较简短的108自在语。

Hi, Utar Buddhist Society Kampar will organise a Heart Sutra Copying on this coming Friday (8th Nov 2013) in A-011, Heritage Building. This event is held to let all to understand the meaning of Heart Sutra. 

All are encourage to be there on 9am because there would be opening ceremony follow by the explanation about the meaning in Sutra. However, those who has class around 9am can come anytime between 9am -3pm. Once you are done, then you can leave, not staying there for 6 hours, don't get misunderstand ar~~

If you think the time of copying is too long, then you can opt for a shorter 108自在语。

and yes, stationery would be provided! This is a rare opportunity. Join it now or you have to wait until next semester year!

Dear all ,There will be a "法悦阁大扫除" by tomorrow, we will clean the floor, window, fan, light, toilet and etc.... Hence we need ur help... so if u all go free time come along 法悦阁 to help us~ then after that we can go dinner together~

法悦阁的图书馆在每逢星期三及星期四晚上7点15分将会开放至8点的中,英文佛学班.
希望大家能多多来图书馆看书及借阅佛书.
